Legal basis
The processing of data collected via cookies is carried out on the basis of the user's explicit consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), with the exception of necessary technical cookies, based on the legitimate interest in the correct operation of the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003).
